Eric and I were a part of a start up church when we were first married, called South County United. Sadly the church didn’t last, but the Lord stretched us in great ways over those 3 years and we made lasting friendships with lots of couples/families along the way.
Eric (completely on his own initiative) planned a reunion to get all the families together again for a day of play and catch up. We set up camp at a neat-o park in MV. We BBQ’d, played a softball game, volleyball, frisbee, water balloon toss, water balloon fight (that’s a given), plus lots of chatting and doting on all the new kiddos.
Such a fun day! Thanks everyone for coming. It was such a hit that Eric is inspired to plan another. Soccer anyone?

I am so greatful that you organized the BBQ and put together the slideshow. I hope we can do it again some time. I’ve never had a church experience like SCU, and it was great to see old friends.
